As the developer and project designer for the Kalmia View,
Les Faulk is the driving force behind the entire project’s “design & development team.”
With more than 25 years design expertise in residential & hospitality architecture and project management, Les will ensure the aesthetic, functional and operational qualities of this exclusive property will be in keeping with its exceptional location.
Les has his own design practice in Midtown Atlanta specializing in historic preservation, high-end residential and hospitality design – one of his favorite projects was the renovation and design of WSB-TV News Anchor Monica Kaufman’s Ansley Park mansion.
He’s also served as Director of Interior Design for the Interior Furnishings Division at Milliken & Co., Director of Design Development with Hardin Capital, and still serves as acting Director of Architecture & Design – Technical Services for the Americas division of InterContinental Hotels Group.
He is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
