With a diverse background that combines agronomy with land development expertise, Bob has the unique ability to plan and market projects such as Kalmia View that preserve the natural landscape while providing a highly desirable end product.
Bob is owner of ScenicLand, LLC, a consulting firm that emphasizes all facets of residential and commercial land procurement and development with a focus on contract negotiation, capital evaluation, due diligence, entitlement and project assessment.
A sample of his work includes Brookhaven Studios, Briarwood Field, 3695 Peachtree, Antone Street, Tallulah Studios, Mt Vernon Place and Tyler Perry’s “Chattahoochee River” Home.
He’s also exceeded sales and marketing performance goals by millions of dollars for Third Millennium Development, American Home Products and Monsanto Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in plant pathology and agronomy from the University of Georgia.
